**The Role**: Site Planner

**Location**: Hemswell, DN21 5TU

**Shift Pattern/Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

**Salary**: £29,649

We are currently seeking to recruit a Site Planner to join our large, successful dynamic site in Hemswell.

**Purpose of the role**:
To manage the production and rPET order planning across multiple sites ensuring customers receive material in line with requirements.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To produce and monitor adherence to the Weekly/Monthly production plans - including sub-contractor sites
- To produce and maintain business SPI (Sales, Production, Inventory forecast)
- Managing bi-product planning and forecasting to ensure mínimal stocks are held and customer satisfaction
- Update extrusion plans with extrusion downtime, change in production volumes and customer forecast/orders and react to potential customer/operational impacts
- Review and book storage to manage CTUK & Sub-contractor silo restrictions to ensure no disruption to production
- Plan all rPET customer order requirements with assigned hauliers
- Providing cover for supply chain administrator with regards to order processing as required.
- Reconcile stocks of rPET across various warehousing locations
- Produce monthly yield reports for sub-contractors
- Co-ordinate the purchase and delivery plan for raw materials for sub-contractor processing.

**To be successful in the role, you will obtain or have experience in**:

- Successful experience in implementing change
- Production Planning
- Working knowledge of SAP / Word / Outlook & Excel
- Attention to detail
- Professional manner in dealing with customers / suppliers both on the phone and visitors/customers/contractors/suppliers onsite
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to approach tasks systematically

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,649.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
