Aftersales Coordinator

My client are seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to join their small friendly team of 4 in supporting customers post sale; offering excellent customer service, complaints handling and administration support to the rest of the team.
The role will be liaising with 5 technicians on the road and working within a company of 120 employees in total.
**Main Purpose:**
To provide the best professional, high-level customer service and administrative support to the Aftercare function, thereby ensuring a first-rate service is delivered to all customers and a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business is achieved.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing high-level customer service to all customers ensuring regular, effective and timely communication both verbally & in writing as required;
- Handling and resolving customer complaints;
- Providing administrative support to the Aftercare Team (booking hotels/updating job sheets etc); coordinate weekly work, organise materials for jobs
- Supporting the rest of the Aftercare Team as necessary to ensure the delivery of the best possible customer service;
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are met and best practice standards observed.
- Ensuring the integrity of our core values, ‘Innovation, Inspiration and Imagination’ at all times.
Working days/hours for the role are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (40 hours) and the role is office-based.
