Luxury Account Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Luxury Account Manager to join the beauty industry and run a primary account in the Midlands. This position is full time including weekends.
**The role**:
- Constantly ensure the best temps are recruited and there are enough available to fulfil all bookings
- Build and maintain good relationships with Department Managers, Business/Account Managers
- Provide a seamless service
- Communicate to Department Managers, Business/Account Managers rotas, sickness, any issues
- Recruitment following current legislation on documentation, right to work and data protection
- Coach, train and develop temporary consultants
- Organisation and completion of trainings and store approvals
- Support for temps, review individual temp’s standards and roles
- Good and timely communication with line manager regarding booking fulfilment bookings that will not be fulfilled
- Working closely with Area Administrator to ensure booking sheet is continuously updated and an accurate reflection of the business
- Constant and accurate updating of the booking system, ensuring completely accurate data each Monday morning for payroll
- Ensure temp duties are fulfilled
**How you’ll dazzle us**:
We are looking for someone tough, who has a no-nonsense attitude and can maintain a great relationship with our Beauty Counter Managers, Store Managers, as well as ensuring our temporary staff are at work giving amazing service and reaching targets. A challenging role that will certainly provide a stepping stone for a successful career.
