As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll work within a small team to ensure our colleagues are paid accurately and on time and support the delivery of Payroll administration services for approx. 1400 staff. You will be required to provide an effective and accurate output of work to meet the demands of the role, and work to agreed timeframes and tight deadlines. You'll be the go-to person for payroll queries, delivering outstanding customer service to our colleagues. Main Duties:

- Working alongside the Heathrow Resource Optimisation Manager and Operational Teams you will be responsible for onboarding new staff, administrating leavers, editing staff roles in line with post adjustments and administrating roster changes on to the pay platform.
- Conducting timely Audits and Analytics of Payrole data, ensuring shifts are correctly arbitrated and lock down in time for pay runs each month.
- Reporting to the Head of the PRM Programme, you will be responsible for leading on the administrating and maintenance specifically of one allocated terminal area within the platform whilst also supporting the other terminals during leave periods.
- Creating and updating of various rosters and shift patterns for a large volume and variety of shifts.
- Conduct and lead on staff pay investigations as required
- Facilitate and lead monthly pay clinics for the staff
- Carry out any other reasonable request as required by your Line Manager
