Our client is a prominent provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. They are currently seeking a Contract Support professional to join their team. The Contract Support role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and business support, contributing to the growth and success of our Business Unit. This role necessitates a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to achieve results within defined quality and time constraints.

**Responsibilities**:
Assess the nature and priority of faults based on information provided by the client.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate closely with site teams and head office to ensure accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders.
- Manage the supply chain and drive compliance with required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate the engineering team to ensure timely responses to callouts within required SLAs.
- Contract Compliance: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contract's scope and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with it.
- Raise and assign work orders to the appropriate resources.
- Innovation: Actively identify and implement innovations across the contract to enhance performance and meet client expectations.
- Company Culture: Promote and maintain the company's culture throughout the teams.
- Call Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor customer calls from receipt to completion, updating records as necessary.

- QHSE Documentation: Maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) documentation using company systems.
- System Management: Manage relevant systems as a key user on site, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) records, reactive work, and reporting.
- People Records: Maintain records related to personnel changes, such as new starters, leavers, and contact details.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with all levels of internal teams and external customers.
- Contract Scope: Familiarise yourself with the daily operations and the specific scope of the contract.
- Other Duties: Undertake any other duties as requested by the Contract Manager, Lead Contract Support, or Finance & Contract Support Manager.

Person Specification:
**Education**:

- Possess a good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard), including English and Math qualifications.
- A higher education qualification to A-Level/HNC standard would be beneficial.

Training:

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Excel skills should include basic functions and v-lookups.
- Experience with software such as Dynamics, Concept, and Maximo.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role within a medium-sized business.
- Strong communication skills that enable effective collaboration with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff at all levels.
- Desirable - a finance background/experience

- Exhibit an excellent command of the English language, demonstrated through effective verbal and written communication.
- Be detail-conscious, accurate, and methodical in your approach.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Capable of working systematically and using your own initiative.
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to work both as part of a team and independently.
