As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, supporting their efforts to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service. Your administrative prowess will help streamline processes and ensure our sales operations run seamlessly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Manage sales orders from creation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Documentation: Prepare sales-related documents such as contracts, quotations, and invoices.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Communication: Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Support Sales Team: Assist sales representatives with information, materials, and administrative tasks.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyse data to provide insights for decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales administration or related roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
