Elevation Recruitment are currently working with business in Rotherham, who are looking to Customer Service Administrator for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will be responsible for processing orders and providing support to both the Commercial Team and the Customers themselves.

You must be Immediately Available to be considered for this role.

Key duties of the Customer Service Administrator include:

- Assist the customer service team by processing orders, and managing sales documentation, ensuring orders are successfully managed
- Be the go-to person for sales-related queries and support, including managing the customer support inbox
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and minimise business risk
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle any shipping or delivery-related queries

Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
