We are currently looking for a fixed term contact officer to join our team.
The main duties of the post;
To receive and respond to enquiries including providing guidance, advice, and signposting, and as necessary to conduct more extended telephone interviews to record information. Maintain Digital E.I.P platform, provide project support for Digital Inclusion and Digital Engagement Project including maintain action logs and project files, arrange meetings and monitor project milestone deadlines. Support team leads with day to day operations. Supervision of Business support officers within the service.
You will have experience in/of;
- data collection
- able to pick up new systems
- processes with ease
- excellent communication skills.
Ideally you will have;
A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade A-C) must include English Language or the Welsh equivalent
RSA or City & Guilds in Typing or Word Processing as appropriate at Stage II or above
NVQ Business and Administration/or NVQ Call Handling (Level 2)
