**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Support Agent at CPR Global Tech, you will be the initial point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for delivering professional and top-quality customer service. You will leverage your problem-solving skills, initiative, and adherence to established processes to provide effective solutions and uphold our commitment to customer delight.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Receive inbound calls from customers, addressing queries and exploring opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention.

**Attention to Detail**:

- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in understanding and accurately recording customer issues.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with your team, sharing knowledge and insights to enhance overall customer support.

**Adherence to Values**:

- Uphold and embody the principles and values of CPR Global Tech in all customer interactions.

**Outbound Support**:

- Proactively make outbound calls to address and resolve customer issues and concerns.

**Ticket Management**:

- Efficiently handle and document customer tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

**Online Chat Assistance**:

- Assist customers through online chat platforms, offering technical support and guidance.

**Technical Issue Resolution**:

- Tackle and resolve technical-related issues, providing comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Product Testing

**Skills/Knowledge/Abilities**:

- Excellent customer service skills, with a sincere passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused or sales environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work within structured processes and guidelines.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including knowledge of relevant software and tools.
- Strong team player, willing to collaborate and contribute to the success of the team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
