**The Role-**

Taking your career to the next level in the Resiliency and Incident Management organization means you will build on your previous experience, moving into a role which requires a level of independent decision making and judgment. You will work effectively with mínimal supervision to align yourself with responsibilities outlined by the function.

In recent months we have seen an increased level of regulatory focus globally on operational resilience, with regulators challenging organizations to enhance their resiliency frameworks. As part of the ICB Incident Management and Resiliency Governance team, your role will be to support the ICB Resiliency and Incident Management teams in the continued enhancement of the firm’s and Chase UK’s ability to respond to ever changing and more complex Resiliency, Resolution & Recovery events, to ensure that the Chase UK can effectively maintain key business processes, systems and support functions in the event of disruption.

**Responsibilities**:
Ideally you will need to be competent in synthesising and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources to come up with solutions to problems.

- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio)
