**The Role Itself**
- **Thorough Testing**: Dive into the product and its services, evaluating behaviour against specified and unspecified requirements.
- **Testing Strategy**: Collaborate on test planning and execution strategies, offering valuable insights.
- **Innovative Solutions**: Employ testing methods, automated tools, and techniques to troubleshoot issues creatively.
- **Risk Assessment**: Assess potential risks and implement proactive measures to ensure seamless performance.
- **Process Enhancement**: Contribute to the development of QA processes, standards, and guidelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure our quality objectives are met, fostering excellence across the organization.
- **Comprehensive Testing**: Engage in various testing types - acceptance, functional, regression, integration, and smoke.
- **Testing Mastery**: Leverage your skills in static, dynamic, white-box, and black-box testing.

**Required Experience**:

- **Testing Proficiency**: Demonstrate your knack for test development, planning, and execution.
- **Healthcare Insight**: Bring experience from the medical device/healthcare industry to the table.
- **Defect Management**: Showcase your prowess in managing defects efficiently.
- **End-User Interaction**: Engage with end-users, diagnosing workflow issues and driving resolutions.
- **Documenting Excellence**: Exhibit skills in test documentation, execution, and sign-off.
- **Automated Efficiency**: Utilize your expertise in test automation using C#.
- **Analytical Thinker**: Employ an analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.

- **Database Acumen**: Proficiency in SQL adds to your capabilities.
- **Cloud Dynamics**: Familiarity with Azure web apps, Azure AD, and DevOps.
- **Test Management Tools**: Knowledge of tools like Azure Test Plans, Test Rail, HP ALM, etc.
- **Industry Insight**: An understanding of manufacturing processes brings an added advantage.
- **Medical Device Validation**: Previous experience in medical device validation (IQ/OQ/PQ and risk-based assessments) is desirable.
