**THE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Ensuring property management systems and property records are maintained and accurate.
- Co-ordinating and preparing all management reports, tenancy schedules, service charge budgets/forecasts and year end reports to include preparation of apportionment schedules
- Assist with the preparation of insurance renewal schedules and other insurance matters
- To assist with all aspects of managing void and vacant units
- Coordinate and oversee correct payment of utilities and business rates across the Meadowhall estate
- Coordinate and tracking business rates mitigation across the Meadowhall estate
- Oversee the preparation and progress schedules of EPCs and MEES compliance
- Initial preparation of documents such as arrears/transaction lists and completion statements.
- Assist in accurately recording insolvencies across the Meadowhall estate
- Assist in issuing of LBA’s and debt recovery proceedings.
- Coordinate ‘write offs’ across the Meadowhall estate
- To assist with the raising and management of purchase orders
- To assist with all landlord and tenant matters, preparation of licences and raising associated fees
- To assist with the management of dilapidations
- Coordinate the measurement and recording of floor areas
- Support the finance and credit control teams regarding invoicing and collection of sums due.
- Assist with the collection of turnover information and calculation of turnover rents in conjunction with property administrators
- To provide any support reasonably requested to assist the wider property management team
- To assist with the raising and management of purchase orders
- To assist, where necessary, with development projects across the Meadowhall Estate
- To assist with the annual business planning process
- Ensure compliance with BL policies and best practices

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have a good knowledge of the property industry (ideally retail property industry).
- Possess good IT skills (including Microsoft Excel).
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Have strong organisational skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
