Reporting into the EHS Manager, the Supply Chain Operations Assistant takes care of all site & general administration, maintaining L’Oréal’s standards and supporting site enablement and engagement whilst making things happen.

You Will:

- Take care of all kinds of site & general administration including hospitality, travel and charity
- Ensure that purchase orders are raised and closed in an efficient, accurate and timely fashion
- Communicate and collaborate with various functions of the business
- Be a key driver of continuous improvement within your department
- Support site in enablement and engagement by being proactive in problem solving, addressing people and day to day issues
- You Have:

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage complexity
- Eagerness to gain systems knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to support the needs of the business
- Able to build networks and develop good relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate people around you
