Our busy SDU Scheduling Team is looking for an Inpatient Pathway Coordinator to join the team. This broad, patient centred and high profile role is integral to the operational running of the department which is currently striving to meet the challenge of additional demand across the service. The main function of the role will be to coordinate and schedule the patient’s Inpatient pathway, through diagnostics, treatment planning, treatment, and follow-up, highlighting any potential delays in the pathway and ensuring accurate data collection to support the processes, utilising the consultants theatre capacity in line with the trusts KPI targets / Actively monitoring unfit patients.
