Part Time Office Administrator

If you’re a fun, friendly and self-motivated individual with excellent IT and data entry skills, we might have just the role for you in our Head Office team here in Hemswell Cliff
The accounts department consists of three people working as a close knit team in a busy sometimes pressurised environment. We currently use a bespoke system for running the accounts functions but later this year will be changing to a new bespoke system running alongside Sage 200. This will involve learning to use this new system but all training will be provided. An eye for detail and accurate data input are essential. Cash handling and banking experience would be preferred. You will have contact with our dealers and will be available to help them with any queries they may have. There are other duties that are the usual tasks in an office such as filing, copying and taking your turn to make the tea.
- We don’t expect anyone to be an expert at the start of their career with Hemswell Antique Centres, but if you have an interest in antiques or a passion for a particular period of history this might give you a head-start.
The role is a permanent part time role.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25.5 -34 per week
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
