Sales and Client Liaison

You will be based both in the office and out in the field; working with buyers and sellers, conducting viewings and securing sales. You will need to be high energy, confident and have great inter-personal skills in order to be successful in this role. You will also need a clean driving licence.

**TYPICAL DUTIES**:

- Register applicants and assess their property requirements.
- Match applicants to any suitable properties and arrange for them to view the property.
- Conduct viewings for prospective buyers at available properties.
- Work with applicants and vendors to get offers accepted and secure sales.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers.
- Provide support to Sales Team with lead generation and sales pipeline tracking.

**SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Good communication skills: written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to display initiative.
- Target & performance driven.
- Flexible, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and ideally based in East London.

All business operations take place within our Mile End office, from Sales and Lettings to Property Management and Accounts. Our success is attributed to dealing with all types of property from the smallest of studio apartments to multi-million-pound Georgian houses rather than specialising in just one defined niche. _**Full training will be provided throughout your induction and support will continue during your employment.**_

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
