**£18k - £26k basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)**:

- **£50k - £70k OTE per annum (depending on experience)**:

- **Commission structure: 10% up to £75k / 16% up to £175k / 25% above £175k**:

- **Company car or monthly car allowance (£250 per month)**:

- **Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm, work alternate Saturdays 9.30am - 3.00pm (working 5.5 day week)**

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a market leading independent estate agents to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for their East London based office.

You will be working from one of their flagship offices which consistently performs strongly in lettings as well as sales. Enabling you to earn a highly lucrative package in the region of £50k - £70k + OTE.

The role:

- Lettings Negotiator
- Dealing with enquiries from tenants, identifying their requirements, arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new lettings
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business
- Working with the administrator to ensure smooth process for lettings
- Keeping landlords updated with the progress/marketing of their property

Lettings Negotiator - Experience/skills required:

- Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
- Driving licence required
- Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player
- Organisation skills and the ability to be thorough in your dealings with tenants/landlords
- Must be located in East London

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Commission pay
