Sales Manager (See Definition) "Someone who has a proven ability to manage staff members and bring new properties to market. A Sales Manager is the person who sets the example for the office and is the line manager for all staff members working in the department.

About the role (Where, who, what, why and When)

Where: Our Client is based in Bow, East London

Who: Cannot disclose at this stage, however what we can tell you is the property company in question now has plenty of offices in various locations in the England and won multiple property awards with a proven track record of training and promoting theirstaff. They have been in the industry for over 35 years and still going strong.

What: We are on the lookout for someone who is current an Assistant Manager that wants to make the step up into Management. If you feel you’re not getting that where you are then this role may be for you?

Why: Due to their recent successes our client is now has a opening for a Sales Manager.

When: They are looking for someone to ideally start ASAP.

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6.30pm (Sat 10am - 4pm) 5 day week

You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis, when working a Saturday, you are given any weekday off (Your choice) as a day in Lieu.

- holding daily Meetings with your staff/colleagues to talk through your day and set goals
- Arrange and conduct valuations
- Maintain database of potential vendors
- Attend valuations
- Vendor touting/canvassing
- Provide training to staff
- Negotiate offers with both buyers and vendors
- Setting and Hitting sales targets KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis
- Complaint handling
- Carrying out monthly 1 to 1 meetings with staff
- Managing profit and loss for office/branch
- Responsible for setting and maintaining customer service
- Overseeing the sale process with each staff member so each sale runs smoothly to completion
