Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineers ensuring efficiency and timely completion of Various jobs, This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties**:
- Coordinate and monitor engineers activities to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with various customers to plan and schedule tasks
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels and quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
