**Job Title**: Office and Project Administrator
**Location**: Guildford
**Hours**: 12 Month contract, full time 9am - 6pm
We are looking for a office / project administrator to join a innovative and creative design company, based in the heart of Guildford. This is a 12 month maternity cover role key within the organisation You will be delivering administrative support on multiple projects, and providing a PA service to the Managing Director. This will be an office based role Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with the scope to work 1 day from home.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Evidence of managing multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- An eye for detail (this role involves a lot of PO creation and tracking, and working alongside finance to raise quotes)
- Setting up BIM360 documents
- Putting together Health and Safety site files
You can expect to be part of a dynamic and fun team, who enjoy taking part in regular social events. This role also offers the opportunity to work alongside industry specialists as the company grows and goes from strength to strength. Set in the centre of Guildford, the company have stylish and modern offices, with onsite parking.
