Dandara Living are seeking a Leasing Consultant to be part of the team responsible for the leasing of apartments and retention of our current occupancy at Leodis Square. We are looking for an individual who excels in customer service and is keen to develop their career in build to rent by working closely with the Assistant Manager and the Leodis team. Also communicating with the centralized support.
This is a role which will allow someone to set the standard for how the leasing and customer service offering is delivered across our pipeline of Build to Rent homes and communities.
This role will be working Monday to Friday with potentially 1 Saturday in 3 on a rota (tbc)
**About the role**
Reporting to the New Business Team Leader, the successful Lettings Consultant will have the desire to work towards KPI’s/deadlines to support an award-winning team that are experts at matching customers with their dream homes. At Dandara Living, we know that first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.
**What you will do**:
- Arranging inspections to prepare for leasing.
- Ensure available apartments are always presented to the highest possible standards.
- Conducting tours of Leodis Square with potential residents and visitors
- Obtain and record feedback following the tour.
- Confirming viewing appointments with residents and customers
- Qualifying applicants in line with the Dandara Living business rules.
- Ensuring Right to Rent requirements are being met.
- Engage positively and pro-actively with the enquiries team to discuss access arrangements and quality of viewings.
- Researching competitors and their offerings
- Dealing with customer and resident enquiries
- Attend and support open days including residential events.
- Assist with the co-ordination of renewal communications and negotiations.
- Responsible for the overall process of leasing in the absence of Assistant Manager

- Experience within BtR / Student Accommodation / Hospitality sector
