**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job responsibilities**
- Helping drive the Investment Bank’s Cyber Resiliency Program
- Reviewing and advising CIB Production Owner (PO) and Application Owner (AO) community on their cyber malware plans
- Working with Global Technology Resiliency (GTR) and other LoB’s (Retail, Asset & Wealth management etc.) to ensure a consistency in approach and quality
- Communicating and training CIB PO and AO community on cyber malware plans
- Working with Global Technology Infrastructure, Chief Development Office, Corporate and AO/PO community to ensure critical data is reliable and accessible
- To enable us to scale this initiative we also leverage self-service (wiki site, training, white papers, infrastructure tools and utilities) and you will be responsible for maintaining and updating these

**Required qualifications, capabilities & skills**

We are looking for an ambitious technologist to help drive the cyber resiliency program. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- Previous technical experience in technology refresh projects, from provisioning, through build, to testing and implementation
- Working knowledge of systems administration of Wintel / Unix operating systems
- Working knowledge in a software development role
- Working knowledge executing projects using various methodologies
- Technical experience either in an infrastructure, production management or SRE background
- Working knowledge of how large scale enterprise servers are built and operate
- Ability to provide management summaries and understand the importance of accuracy
- Ability to work closely with other technologists across the globe
- Ability to solve problems through your own initiative and helping other teams solve their problems
- You will have excellent communication skills and will be at home explaining the meaning, progress and challenges in execution of resiliency policy
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams, ensuring progress is reliable, measurable and meaningful.
