**Role Overview**:

- Building on our success we are looking for a proactive, experienced customer success consultant to be the face of the company, to support our business owners and our colleagues. Customer experience is a big part of the role, providing the customer with solutions and ensuring they leave their communication with us satisfied. If successful you will be joining a great team of consultants with plenty of experience to make the process of onboarding an easy and straightforward journey. Troubleshooting, objection handling and general willingness to help is a must for this role. We will provide full training on both our product and process.

Our working hours are between the hours of 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-16:30 Friday and some weekend hours which are 09:00 till 13:00 with half a day back in lieu. Weekend work is either Saturday or Sunday on a rotating basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen to providers needs, solve technical issues and address customer concerns
- Maintain records of provider interactions, queries and concerns through salesforce management
- Identify and raise bugs and technical issues via a ticketing system where necessary
- Answering customer questions from both providers and end users
- Supporting colleagues with more in depth customer queries
- Explaining Booksy features, handling customer basic setup
- Participate in Ad Hoc projects
- Liaise and cooperate with different teams and stakeholders to deliver our best customer experience

**Skills Required**:

- Experience working in a Customer Service environment
- Good soft skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Target Driven
- An understanding of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc) is desirable but not essential
