About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team at No7 Beauty Company. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect skincare and beauty products to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, using your knowledge of our products and services to recommend the best solutions for their skincare and beauty needs.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of our team by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services.
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a vibrant and supportive working environment, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Ensure that your counter is beautifully presented, showcasing the range of No7 skincare and beauty products.
