We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the team in the role of Regional Oversight Support. You will travel to different M&S stores to provide oversight and support of the M&S Bank products being distributed by M&S Plc, this is a great opportunity to develop skills influencing skills by working across a large region with a number of stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

- Support the Divisional Oversight Lead in the delivery of the M&S Bank strategy, encouraging M&S colleagues to use a customer-first approach when introducing M&S Bank products; helping M&S to maximise growth opportunities within their stores.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for M&S Bank supporting a number of stores across the M&S estate to help M&S Retail deliver a superior customer service in line with the M&S Bank brand and strategy
- Support multi-channel working that promotes the best interests of our customers. Understands the need to embrace the digital agenda in order to deliver our multi-channel proposition by providing service excellence, educating our customers and colleagues around the best solutions to meet their needs
- Build broad and trusted relationships with M&S retail colleagues and support services within M&S / M&S Bank to drive a collaborative working environment to achieve the best outcomes for our customers
- Use / create a variety of management information to assess emerging risks and help to mitigate these
- Conduct outcome testing to understand the customer experience providing valuable customer insight and support continous improvement
- Have automnomy on your diary to plan your travel based on the current risk profile, meaning no two days are the same or in the same location this will require travel and some overnight stays

Requirements

What do I need to be successful?
- Demonstrate strong communication skills which will enable you to engage in effective conversations and build a strong network
- Be customer focused
- The capability to observe colleague interactions with customers, assess customer experience and compliance, prioritising areas of development and provide effective feedback
- Experience in supporting and coaching others
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Experience in managing stakeholder relations
- A self starter
- Be resilient to a continuously changing environment
- Knowledge of M&S Bank products and awareness of M&S retail would be desirable
- Ability to complete outcome testing with customers to gather insight on their journey
