**Title**: Customer Property Co-ordinator

**Hours**:

- Mon-Fri - 8.00am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm (Hybrid working option 1-2 days from home)

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR FACILITIES TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE

**Purpose of the role**
- This is a demanding role, with lots of variety. Co-ordinating maintenance request across 5 sites organising maintenance team and managing each job end to end.
- Juggling multiple task, with a meticulous approach. to offer seamless service to customers

**Duties**
- Delivering exceptional customer service, answering customer queries promptly
- Log, arrange and orgaise works
- Scheduling and booking sub contractors
- Allocating remedial quoted works to subcontractors and ensuring the work is planned within the clients SLA
- Updating client portals ensuring all documentation and customer approvals are attached to our system.
- Raising purchase orders for approved quotes.
