Business Support Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for providing professional support in the field of Social Care? We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as a Business Support Administrator on a temporary basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient and professional administrative support to all Social Care teams, focusing on Safeguarding/Looked after Children/Family Support & Intervention/Vulnerable People.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and maintain comprehensive records.
- Coordinate and facilitate the provision of statutory support to frontline services.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out promptly and to a high standard.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Social Care setting.
- Excellent minute-taking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated emotional resilience when dealing with sensitive topics.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 weeks
**Salary**: £11.38 per hour

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
