We are looking for a full-time Student Support Administrator to work in our Conwy office. Working directly with our customers, your main focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

You’ll be working closely with all areas of the business, ensuring the leaner onboarding process is as seamless as possible and ensuring a positive learner journey.

Most importantly you will be self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to think on your feet - you’ll be able to work against tight deadlines and will thrive in a constantly changing environment where experimentation is the norm.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, queries and orders in a professional and courteous manner
- Being the link between our learners and other members of the team, at all times ensuring an outstanding service is experienced
- Manage customer accounts, including updating customer information and resolving payment issues
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
