**We** currently have a vacancy for a “Trading Administrator** **“**
The successful applicant will join a great team ensuring the administration of the Trading Team is delivered accurately, supporting our Trading Managers to deliver excellence to our Stores and Customers.
**The role**
- Supporting the Trading Team to deliver 100% Accuracy
- Ensuring our Cost Price File supports the Company Margin and Suppliers invoices
- Maintaining accurate retailing selling prices and promotions to support our stores, delivering excellence to our customers
- Deliver accurate POS & Tickets to reflect the Trading Teams Axiom upload
- Management of Product Data, New Line Creation.
- Takes ownership of implementing business decisions and effectively communicates them to the team.
- Regularly checks that customers and stakeholders are satisfied, challenging performance where appropriate.
- Effectively communicates and updates within the team and the wider support functions
- Enables the team to work at their best by monitoring, coaching, providing feedback, problem solving, sharing best practise and communicating with pace and urgency.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met and supports the team in achieving best working practices
- Willing to work with others to get the job done
**Knowledge**
Excellent communication skills
Team Player
Previous administration experience within a busy team
Retail (Food) experience would be an advantage
Excellent MS office skills
