Finance Administrator
Newport, Isle of Wight
Full time, Temporary
£20,500pa
Pertemps Isle of Wight are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client based in Newport on a full time, temporary basis.
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Dealing with both customer and supplier invoices.
- Entering of month-end journals.
- Carrying out various reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
- Processing Cash & Bank payments, incl. employee expenses.
- Reconciliation of Credit Card expenses.
- Reconciliation of Bank accounts.
- Monthly cash analysis reporting.
- Payment of suppliers.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Administrating Fixed Asset Data.
- Ad-Hoc duties where required.
Required skills:
- Qualified to a minimum of AAT Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Experience in accounting systems, with in depth knowledge of the sales and purchase ledger.
- Experience with SAP B1 would be desirable.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrable experience of working as a Finance Officer.
