As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our client's workforce. You will have the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, understanding their needs, and designing innovative learning interventions to address specific challenges. Your expertise in learning needs analysis will be instrumental in developing tailored training programmes that deliver measurable results and a strong return on investment (ROI).

- Proven experience in the full training cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation
- Strong ability to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to deliver impactful training sessions
- Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Ability to design and develop e-learning modules and blended learning solutions
- Strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align learning interventions with business goals
- Experience in conducting training needs assessments and gap analysis
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in learning and development
**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify learning needs and develop effective training strategies
- Conducting thorough training needs assessments and gap analysis to inform programme design
- Designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions for various audiences
- Developing e-learning modules, online courses, and other digital learning resources
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Maintaining and updating the learning management system with relevant training materials
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Identifying and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement in learning initiatives
