The Clinical Research Administrator will perform technical procedures and to help organise and conduct various aspects of studies carried out at the business, under the direction of the Departmental Head for all clients.
- Assisting in the set-up of the technical facility to receive volunteers, preparing, printing and collation of the study-related documentation.
- Assisting in the performance of technical tasks such as applying, assessing, measuring, recording of data, etc. Also, in the preparation and dispensing of test materials and in directing and supporting the volunteers whilst in attendance at the study centre.
- Booking and weighing in of test materials, recording the relevant data accurately and clearly.
- Assisting with processing the volunteers for the studies, administrating their participation in studies.
- Processing volunteer enquiries and registering volunteers on the company database.
- Contacting volunteers to recruit them for specific studies, scheduling times for their visits and performing the accordant administration on the database.
