**Service Desk Administrator**
**Purpose and objectives of the role**
**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Allocating service jobs to the engineers
- Liaising with customers regarding appointments
- Producing accurate quotations
- Ordering parts and spares as required
- Despatching products as required
- Updating/using multiple IT systems
- A good standard of English and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, and a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Good telephone handling skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of discretion and judgment
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
- Good computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
Experience
- Previous, similar experience required.
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- A Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
