**Ashton Recruitment requires a Business Support Officer**
**Position: Business Support Officer**
**Location: Armagh**
**Duration: Temporary**
**Rate of pay: 10.60 per hour.**
**Hours: 37 per week**
**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support daily including acting as point of contact.
2. Provide business support to agreed service standards and standard operating procedures to ensure the highest standards of work, including effective and efficient turnaround times and work prioritisation.
3. Provide an excellent standard of customer service, including reception services and liaison with other departments, external agencies, and members of the public.
4. Process and maintain a range of data and document management systems, this will include filing, archiving, retrieval, research, checking for accuracy, transfer of data to other agencies in line with statutory or service level agreement requirements.
5. Process financial transactions, to include recording and receipt of all monies, bank lodgements, updating financial records, generating and processing invoices for authorisation, purchasing goods and/or services, maintaining stock control records, assisting with financial claims and budget monitoring in accordance with financial regulations and governance
**Essential Criteria**:
- 4 GCSE’s including English and Maths with 6 months relevant experience or alternatively 12 months relevant experience.
- 6 months experience of using Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel
- Previous reception experience

- 8 hour shift
