**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrator to join our procurement team. You will report into a Category Manager and be responsible for supporting the team with reporting and admin duties as well as assisting in the management and implementation of specific projects. You will develop, with the guidance of line manager, and deliver the strategic procurement of goods and / or services for defined set of spend categories at the optimal cost given the quality and service required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collating information and interpreting implications
- Collating and distributing reports to the wider team / business
- Supporting the Category Manager / Wider Team to review existing supply base
- To participate in the implementation of a defined strategy
- Ensure regulatory and legislative requirements are met for individual categories
- Assist Category Manager / Head of Procurement in preparation of RFI, RFQ and ITT
- Assist with new supplier and material sourcing
- Implementation of supply agreements
- Assist in negotiation with suppliers
- Develop whole category knowledge and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders
- Assist in management of strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
