Production Supervisor

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday - 45 hours per week

**Salary**: £12.34 per hour

**What are we looking for?**:
We are looking to recruit an energetic and passionate individual to supervise the Production function at our Boiling site in Gainsborough. Some the responsibilities of this role include;
- Complete Level 2 EHS internal audits
- Focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) identified by the Site Manager, and work towards achieving and surpassing agreed targets
- Drive product quality, integrity, and traceability.
- Work in conjunction with other teams and departments to maximise productivity
- Identify and develop potential within the team, and coordinate the relevant training and support required
- Ensure rotation of all staff in high care
- Complete return to work interviews with colleagues

**Experience of managing a small team is essential**
