Shop Supervisor

Alfie's Gainsborough is looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team. We are a family-owned company, open daytimes, Monday to Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm, and require a full time member of staff, who preferably has previous barista experience but essentially has excellent customer service skills who pays good attention to detail.

**Detail**

This position is for 35-40 per week over 5 days with two days off.
A full contract will be given.
As we are naturally busy on a weekend, you will be required to work on a Saturday and a Sunday most weeks, but we can ensure you are given the occasional weekend off and you will also have 5.6 weeks paid annual leave per year.
This is a hands on role, and you will be required to make coffee (further training can be provided), serve ice cream, a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, make sandwiches and snacks, etc.

**Responsibilities**
- You will be a key holder
- Working to weekly targets
- Daily cashing up
- Working well alone as well as part of a small team
- Serving customers
- Keeping things clean and tidy and ensuring we adhere to our 5 star food hygiene rating
- Creating daily and weekly specials
- Photographing products to be used on social media
- Having an excellent rapport with customers
- Ensuring we always have an inviting shop with a positive atmosphere
- Supervising a small team of staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Barista: 1 year (required)
