Offering an honest, transparent and most importantly hassle-free service for clients looking to sell or let their property. Covering Coventry, Warwickshire, Leamington Spa and Rugby.

**Main duties of the role**
- Handling maintenance issues
- Organising property inspections
- Booking contractors to complete safety certificates for compliance
- Taking calls and making outbound calls
- Booking viewings, check-ins and check-outs
- Inputting data into internal system and database
- Be professional and adhere to high company standards
- Have excellent communication skills
- Assist in any other requested tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently
