About you
This is a hybrid role sitting between the Sales and Operations team, you will be the key link bridging the customer journey between closing of contract and the onboarding sponsors.

**Key Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Function, providing administrative assistance to the business, this will include sending invoices, completing refund administrative tasks and processing contracts
- Updating weekly and daily sales trackers as well as internal communication platforms - you will be a champion of best reporting practices
- Pulling select CRM/ data reports and liaising with internal CRM teams to implement changes and new processes
- Developing and maintaining an effective and efficient office management system working alongside operations, finance, sales and the event director
- Managing the vendor onboarding process for Shoptalk Europe
- Manage the sales admin inbox independently and dealing with all inbound enquiries in an effective and timely manor
- Managing the sponsor support inbox in conjunction with the Sponsor Operations Manager
- Onboarding and maintaining sponsor assets and using these to create sponsor profiles as needed
- Working closely with the Sponsor Operations Manager on ad hoc projects
