**PART-TIME Sales Administrator**

Part-time opportunity - 25 hours per week

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys working in a varied role? If you are someone who likes to get involved in various tasks supporting a busy sales team, then this position could be perfect for you Previous Sales Administration background wouldbe an advantage, but full training will be provided.

**Start**: ASAP

**Location**: Office Based - Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire

**Hours**: 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm

**Salary**: £12.82 per hour (£16,600 per annum)

**What you will be doing**:

- Processing orders
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaising with the various Logistics companies we use, to ensure timely deliveries
- Processing relevant export documentation
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Developing monthly sales reports
- Staying up to date with new products and features
- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Perform other duties to support the operational team, as and when required

**What you will need**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 software would be an advantage but is not essential
- Proven work experience in a Sales/Purchasing, or Operations support role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- An ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own
