**Enablement Support Worker**

Our team support clients who have recently been discharged from acute or hospital settings as they adjust to life back in their own homes.
This role would suit reliable, kind, caring, compassionate support workers looking for a role offering a high level of job satisfaction, a supportive team environment and excellent rates of pay in an organisation who strive to offer the very best levels of care to clients.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support to individuals who are adjusting to life back at home
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping
- Build relationships with service users and understand what will really make a difference to their daily lives
- Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting
- Encouraging and supporting clients with daily tasks
- Be able to provide support, guidance and encouragement during client recovery period
We offer:
- Full support from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care
- **£15.00** per hour weekdays
- Mileage is paid at **40p** per mile
- Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays
- **28** days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays pro rata)

We offer excellent training & ongoing professional development for all team members including the opportunity for fully funded qualifications in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management.
