**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Care Assistants make a real difference to our residents every day; whether it’s supporting them with their daily routines or personal care, providing companionship or joining in with the vast array of fun activities that take place in our homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they are leading happy and fulfilled lives. You understand that some days might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.

Meadowcroft is located in a quiet, residential street on Queens Road just a short distance from Thame town centre. The home offers compassionate, high-quality residential, dementia and nursing care for up to 71 residents in homely and comfortable surroundings. We’re rated 9.6 by Carehome.co.uk and Good by the Care Quality Commission.

**Shift times**: 7:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm
