- Our Real Estate team has a national reputation for commercial real estate investment and development work. You'll experience a wide range of property matters from acquisitions and disposals, development work, asset management work for investors, corporate support, real estate finance and renewable transactions in the wind and solar sectors. We have a diverse mix of clients that span the public and private sector and include commercial developers, regeneration companies, household names in house building and retail, as well as offices, shopping centres and industrial/warehouse schemes. Transactions are often high value and offer an excellent opportunity to be involved in high profile quality work.- Our Real Estate team has a deserved reputation for providing first-class legal advice, acting as trusted advisors to many of the key players across the sector. A number of our talented lawyers are listed as leaders in their field.- Working with the wider Real Estate team across the country there will be plenty of opportunity for client contact and you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with these contacts. Business development is an important aspect for all of our lawyers, and you will be able to contribute to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation of client events, writing articles for our website and other marketing activities.-
