**The Vacancy**

Join our dedicated HR team as an apprentice and embark on an exciting career path in Human Resources. At Anglian Learning we believe in nurturing talent and investing in the future. Following the exceptional success of our previous in-house apprentice, we are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within our organisation.

As an HR Apprentice you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who will guide you through various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, policy implementation and employee relations. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

Anglian Learning has a flexible, inclusive and people focused HR team who work together to grow the Trust’s People Vision. You will be reporting to the Assistant HR Business Partner and working with a newly formed team who is ambitious to develop the Trust’s HR offer as it continues to grow.

In Summary, the role will be to:

- Provide a professional HR service to Schools/Areas. This includes recruitment, training, employee relations and HR administrative support to employees and managers.
- There will opportunity to support with providing advice to managers and staff on recruitment and on-boarding along with administering contractual documentation.

**The Apprenticeship**

The apprenticeship on offer is a choice between:

- HR Level 3 qualification and forms the foundation of a career within the HR profession, giving the opportunity for further development through a career path within Anglian Learning.
- Business Administration Level 3 - alternatively we are also open to having a business admin apprenticeship which would include aspects of HR, business studies, finance and operations and could also further your development through a career path with Anglian Learning.
