Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers and most suppliers. Therefore, it is essential that the customer service executive can work pro-actively and under pressure. As the main point of contact, the role requiressomebody who is confident on the phone and remains calm. The assistant must have a good basic knowledge of countries and be able to advise on areas such as transit times, collection time and cut offs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Appropriate written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
