**Purchasing Administrator Salary £21,000 to £28,000 DOE**

**Location; Gloucester**

My is looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join the sales team, working in a fast-paced environment.

This role will serve as a point of contact for suppliers and also provide sales support for the Sales Team, following the process from raising and placing Purchase Orders through to Receipt of orders.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Processing of purchase orders and supplier returns in a timely manner.
- Data Entry into Sage ERP / MS Excel.
- Monitoring product led times to ensure delivery expectations are met.
- Co-ordinate between 'Goods In’ and Suppliers over delivery issues.
- Comparing and evaluating Supplier orders
- Generating and maintaining purchasing and sales reports
- Assist with general ad hoc duties to aid the smooth running of the department and business.

**The Person**:

- Purchase and Sales Admin / Support experience
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- MS Office - Word and Excel, Sage 50 or Sage 200 (preferrable)
- Able to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
