Job Description Finance and Payroll Administrator

Join our client as a Finance Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting our Finance team,. Purchase Ledger:
Utilise SAGE 50 accounts for updating, reporting, and management.
Reconcile accounts to statements and manage credit notes.

Sales Ledger:
~ Payroll Collation:
~ Administer and collate payroll information.


Prepare data for the Finance Manager to manage cash flow effectively.


Aid in generating regular financial reports.


Manage daily bank activities and reconcile accounts at month-end.
Assist in Fleet Coordination and Payroll tasks.

Flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.

Working Hours: Full-time position, 39 hours per week. Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

00 per annum, depending on candidate experience.
