**Your role**

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Data Center Services Infrastructure UK regional team in London to ensure seamless operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Data Center MEPF systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- oversee and manage the performance of service providers, ensuring adherence to UBS’s high standards and contractual obligations.
- foster and maintain robust vendor relationships, conducting regular reviews and assessments to drive service excellence.
- implement a comprehensive control framework to monitor and evaluate service delivery and compliance.
- lead incident management efforts, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on operations.
- spearhead change management initiatives, aligning MEPF systems and processes with evolving business requirements in line with regulatory needs.
- monitor and manage capacity across operational, environmental, and financial dimensions, providing regular and insightful reporting to stakeholders.
- maintain accurate and comprehensive records of MEPF systems and operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

- excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.

**Your expertise**
- bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- master’s degree or professional certifications in data center operations is a plus.
- Several years experience in MEPF systems within a data center or similar critical environment.
- proven track record of managing service providers and vendor contracts.
- proven track record of establishing control frameworks.
- familiarity with industry standard and regulations related to MEPF systems.
- strong financial and operational reporting skills.
- understanding of technology solutions, record management regulations, capacity management principles and reporting practices, incident and change management protocols.
