Dispatch Assistant

Yeovil, United Kingdom Halstock Cabinet Makers Ltd Full time

**Project Tasks**
- Achieve daily and weekly targets set by Head of Dispatch
- Update project appliance information on Asana
- Co-ordinate space requirements for Halstock projects ready to wrap with Head of Dispatch
- Ensure all project paperwork is up to date for stored project items
- Liaise with Head of Dispatch regarding delivery requirements and flag threats or issues as necessary
- Plan all deliveries using the delivery schedule/Asana to assist with project task panning
- QC check of all items that pass-through Area 51 and ensure they meet Halstock standards, issues to be flagged to Head of Dispatch or Lead Maker to resolve

**Halstock Dispatch Tasks**
- Wrapping of all items are to Halstock standards and safe for transit
- All items are labelled to Halstock standard procedures
- All items are listed and paperwork is correctly processed and to Halstock standards
- Vans, Lorry’s, couriers and any other vehicles are loaded safely and correctly
- Items are moved into storage or offsite as and when required
- Items are moved to Halstock site as and when required from external storage units
- Ensure timesheet hours are logged and completed on time

**Health & Safety**
- Always wear company clothing provided
- Always wear appropriate PPE provided
- Be aware of and carry out all Health & Safety procedures as required / trained for to HCML requirements

- 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday

8.00am - 3.15pm Friday

+ 7.00am starts to load deliveries upon request
