**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the People Programme and Projects Leader, the role will be an integral member of the broader People Programmes, Insights and Communications Team, with a key focus on supporting end to end programme and project management activities aligned with the firm’s People Strategy.

You will support the People Programme and Projects Lead by providing practical administration and coordination assistance.

This role will be responsible for supporting the Programme and Projects Lead on tracking progress on the People Programme, through discussions with key stakeholders and updating Programme documentation and reports. You will build successful working relationships across the UKIMEA People team and key stakeholders across the busi-ness using Project Management methodology to support project governance and delivery.

The People Project Coordinator will coordinate project team resources and third-party partners and be responsible for the end-to-end administration management, updates, structure and governance of the UKIMEA People Pro-gramme plan.

The People Project Coordinator will also support the Communication & Engagement Lead.
Working with the Communications & Engagement Lead and broader team in implementing standardised Arup member distribution lists for all internal communications deliverables against the People Programme plan.

Establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders to assist in the timely delivery of all communication and engagement activities.
Providing project support and tracking for all communications, engagement tasks, and activities as part of the broader suite of Programme deliverables.

- Have excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage with stakeholders
- Proven ability to build, develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Can prioritise changes and challenging deadlines
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office (especially in Excel and MS Teams) and experience of using project management tools and methods to plan and deliver projects
